I have had a couple questions regarding about the different areas that make of a latte, specifically the steaming of the milk. This question prompted me to re evaluate the others pages of the blog, which were to give some added information to the different aspects of what is entailed in making the perfect espresso. Obviously I am not there yet, however during the process I will try to continue updating this page with the different elements of the espresso machine itself.

So you might be wondering what type of machine is being used to produce this awesome piece of mastery. Well fortunately, due to advances in technology, and sheer brilliance, or an addiction to coffee, I have a La Pavoni lever puller espresso machine. This machine has the capacity to pull about three shots. So if I am feeling super ambitious I will maybe try an extra latte or two. Interesting fact, this same machine can be found in the James Bond movie, Live and Let Die, staring Roger Moore. Of course, that makes this machine that much cooler.
